ORDER PROCESSING
Once you've placed your order on our website, please allow up to six weeks to process your order. We'll notify you when your product is shipped or ready to be picked up. Please contact us if you need your order rushed, giving us the date you need it, and we'll try to work with you to finish it up sooner.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe. SALES TAX
A sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders within the state of California.
SHIPPING/PICK UP
Customers who place orders locally, within the Sacramento, CA area, have the option to pick up your order, or have it shipped.
Shipping rates vary depending on order. See actual shipping rates at checkout or contact us.
We ship to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, & Hawaii are subject to additional fees.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations-Once you have placed your order on our website, your payment begins to process. You can cancel your order at anytime, for any reason, within the first 24 hours and you will be issued the full refund price that was charged to your card. If you want to cancel once item(s) is processed and ready to ship, see our return policy below.
Custom orders can only be returned if they are defective and/or they weren't made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know, your satisfaction is our #1 priority. (see our customer satisfaction paragraph at the top of this page.)
Predesigned orders that are unused, can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive your product for a full refund, minus shipping cost.
Any item that is defective or not correct due to our error, will have the shipping costs refunded upon our receipt of the damaged/defective product.

We will email you with a tracking number when your product has been shipped. You can track it online at www.usps.com.
